Stop everything you’re doing—Selena Gomez is now blonde. Joining the ranks of Billie Eilish–who just debuted her own bleached locks—the singer and founder of Rare Beauty revealed her new hair on Instagram. "New look," Gomez wrote.
The classic brunette looks almost unrecognizable with her new bleached ‘do. Gomez has been known for her dark brown hair for as long as she’s been in the spotlight, with a few short-lived hair changes. Her hairstylists Nikki Lee and Riawna Capri are the masterminds behind this amazing look. "We’ve been doing Selena’s color for over a decade now. She typically keeps it pretty natural, but this time she went for a big change. This blonde is unique to her as we had to make sure there was an equal balance of cool and warm for her skin tone," they told Marie Claire.
The bright blond look with perfectly shaded roots is perfect for summer, and no doubt it’ll inspire her whopping 222 million IG followers to follow in her gorgeous footsteps. Paired with a few staples from her makeup brand, it’ll definitely make waves.
