It seems fair to say that Donald Trump's opinion on women is iffy at best and predatory at worst, which, fair. He was caught on tape advocating "pussy" assault, after all. And while it's easy to joke about Trump's comments, it should be noted that one of the biggest problems with said comments is the fact that Trump himself seems to think they are a joke. For example, here is he laughing off his reputation as a sexual predator on The Howard Stern Show in 2006. Also, Ivanka was there.
In a video (via People), Stern says, "Donald, seriously. You know about sexual predators and things like that," before his co-host Robin Quivers jokes, "You are one!"
Trump's response? To laugh along with Ivanka and say, "That's true. That's true."
Now, obviously these comments were made in jest—but they're pretty alarming considering the recently leaked footage of Trump, not to mention the many, many, many allegations of sexual misconduct.
Just, so much cringe.
