Does OUAI offer free shipping?
Yes, OUAI offers free US shipping on orders of $50 or more at theouai.com. Subscription orders always ship free whatever their value, and members who reach Club OUAI's top tier, All the OUAI, get free shipping with no minimum. Shipping costs and delivery times for smaller orders are shown at checkout.
What is the OUAI return policy?
OUAI accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. Start a return through the returns portal at theouai.com/a/return, and a prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you. Use a separate label for each order, because packages that mix items from different orders won't be processed. If you send it back another way, OUAI won't reimburse the shipping cost.
Does OUAI have a loyalty program?
Yes, Club OUAI is free to join and earns 1 point per $1 spent, plus points for leaving reviews, following OUAI on Instagram and TikTok, and your birthday. Every 100 points is worth $5 off, up to $20 off for 400 points. Spending $150 moves you up to OUAI Official (1.5 points per $1) and $250 to All the OUAI (2 points per $1 and free shipping at any order size). Points expire six months after you earn them.
