Does Kevin Murphy offer free shipping?
Yes, on bundles: orders built with the Build Your Own Bundle tool on Kevin Murphy's US site ship free when you choose three products, alongside the 15% bundle discount. For other orders, shipping costs and delivery options are set out in the brand's US help center and shown at checkout before you pay.
What is the Kevin Murphy return policy?
Kevin Murphy's US Satisfaction Guarantee lets you request a refund or a replacement within 45 days of purchase if you're not happy with a product bought from its website or an authorized US seller. You email support@kevinmurphy.com.au with the product, the reason, where and when you bought it, proof of purchase and photos. You may be asked to mail back the unused portion, and you pay that postage.
