Friends! Hello from the Logan Airport Delta Lounge! Shout out to the woman who told me my outfit was really cool. There’s nothing like an 8:30 a.m. compliment on your travel look to really get your day off to a great start. Long-time readers can probably predict what I’m wearing: a black linen shirt by Polo, Nili Lotan jeans, and Bally loafers. Love a consistent travel uniform, am I right?

This week, I want to share three outfit formulas that have seen me through 100 degree heat wave days, intermittent rain showers, and all around tricky summer weather. Let’s get into it!

FOR WHEN IT’S TOO HOT TO WEAR CLOTHES—BUT YOU HAVE TO ANYWAY

Alas, you can’t go totally naked, but you can lean into airy or sporty separates you would be okay with sweating through when it's sweltering out.

FOR YET ANOTHER RAINY WEEKEND

New Yorkers have been faced with rainy weekend after rainy weekend, and simply put, it sucks. But what are you going to do? Stay cooped up in your apartment? Go on and brave the elements!

FOR SUMMER FRIDAYS WHERE YOU ACTUALLY HAVE TO WORK

Whether yours is a half-day of work then racing off to the beach or a full day at the office then drinks al fresco with friends, go with an outfit that is casual, but not completely undone.
