MC@Play with Belinda Carlisle

The '80s girl power icon reveals her passion for travel, her unbridled love of chocolate, and her history of unique karaoke performances.

Thirty years into her impressive music career, Belinda Carlisle is still best-known as the '80s icon — and Go-Go's frontwoman — who brought us such hits as "We've Got the Beat" and "Heaven is a Place on Earth." Now, the multi-talented singer, author, and TV-star has added designer to her list of careers.

In town to promote her self-titled home-collection — we totally fell for the blankets, throws, pillows, and table-top items when they hit Bergdorf Goodman in March — Belinda joined MC's biggest '80s pop-fan, Sergio Kletnoy, for a video interview. In it, she reveals her passion for travel, the food that never fails to satisfy her, and her best and worst personality traits. Most fun of all, Belinda let us in on a little secret about her sordid karaoke days.

After meeting Belinda, we couldn't resist dancing at our desks to this beloved tune.
