On June 9, 2010, Birkenstock & Marie Claire invite New York City residents to skip the subway, turn down the taxi, and join us for our inaugural “Walk to Work Day” fundraising event supporting Soles4Souls – a charitable organization that donates shoes to people in need around the world. Since 2005, Soles4Souls has given away over 7 million pairs of shoes in 125 countries, but the need is greater than ever.
If you live in New York City, join us and you will make a difference. Your $500 fundraising effort could fund shoes for an entire village – and participation is easy. Simply log on to RunwayRealway.com, download the participation form, and start fundraising!
