While there's little we haven't seen in the beauty world as of late, every once in awhile something comes along that really surprises us. The latest out-of-left-field offering? Foam finger makeup applicators.

The Makeup Bullet Finger Sponge (as originally reported by Refinery29) was created by makeup artist Eva Jay to avoid the all too common blunder of dropping your beauty sponge. We've all been there when an inconvenient drop renders your tool unusable—lest you want to dab bacteria all over your face...

You just fit the sponge on one finger, wet or dry, then use it to apply and blend your foundation and concealer. Our favorite part is that it makes it 10x easier to reach every nook and cranny of the face—sides of the nose and inner corners of the eye, anyone? Talk about precision.
