If you need something to remind you that the world is a beautiful place filled with hope and love, look no further than this tear-inducing video of Lady Gaga curled up on the floor of a foster home for boys in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, softly singing "Born This Way."

The pop star visited Casa Hogar over the weekend, sharing dinner with them and bringing them backpacks and school supplies.

When one of the boys, Christian, asked her to sing a song, she kneeled down and performed this emotional, acapella version of one of her most popular tunes.

She also left with some Elmo backpack swag to remember the kids by. Adorable.
