"I call this shade kombu, because it's a dark seaweed green with a bit of blue, gold, and even silver to it. On darker, warmer skin tones, this color reads more blue. Here, I applied it with a damp brush along the lashline and blended it until the shadow dried and diffused." - Dick Page
