Walmart’s Beauty Event Is the Place to Stock Up on the Best Skin, Hair, and Makeup Products for Fall
Don't underestimate the OG.
Is it just me, or do you feel a certain pull to the cosmetics section whenever you make a Walmart run? Yes, I need my grapes and other produce, but without fail, I find myself moving toward the drugstore beauty and wellness aisles to stock up on my favorite mascaras, new shades of lipstick, and even a new product from some of my favorite affordable body care brands. So it will likely come as no surprise to you that when the retailer has a dedicated beauty sale, I go a little, well, feral.
Now through September 4th on Walmart.com, the 2026 Beauty Event will feature savings on well-loved brands like Dyson, Olay, Laneige, and more, with weekly additions to the lineup until the promotion ends. With fall practically knocking at our doors, I’m planning to swap my summer beauty picks for all the moisturizers, hydrating toners, and other comforting formulas I can get my hands on. Think of it as a counterbalance to the dwindling daylight that comes before the real seasonal villain: winter.
Ahead, I’ve created a list of the best products worth picking up while the sale is still running. As a makeup obsessive, of course you’ll find some of my favorite foundations, concealers, and even a holy grail blush formula that is still woefully underrated. However, you can also expect to step up your beauty routine with a water flosser that I adore, classic fragrances that would make a perfect addition to your holiday gifting stash, plus a few bath and body tools that will turn your shower into a luxury spa experience.

The Best Blush
This blush is still one of the most underrated makeup products on the market, so I encourage you to grab it while you can. Expect the gorgeous pink shade to last for quite a few hours on your skin, thanks to the primer infused into the formula. For an easy monochromatic look, pop the blush onto your eyes, too.
The Best Water Flosser
Waterpik makes some of the best flossers on the market, so when I saw that the Evolution was on sale, I had to include it in this roundup. Not only does this have 10 (yes, you read that correctly) pressure settings, but it also has a massive reservoir that allows for over a minute of flossing time. On top of all this, it also has cord storage built into the packaging design, keeping the tool neat and intact.
The Best Gourmand Fragrance
DKNY’s Be Delicious Eau De Parfum is the scent that defined a generation. Whether you want to bask in some nostalgia or simply want a new perfume, for less than $50, you’ll get a fresh-smelling, gourmand elixir that is the epitome of crowd-pleasing. The compliments will come rolling in.
The Best Body Tool
I live, breathe, and swear by exfoliating washcloths, and this is an incredible deal. They are fantastic for sloughing off dead skin, and these in particular are long enough for you to easily reach the entirety of your back with ease. In other words, it’s the first step to turning your shower into your very own at-home spa.
The Best Body Wash
I am obsessed with Caress body washes. Although this appears to be a jumbo-sized version of the regular iterations, I can all but guarantee I will run through it in two weeks, tops. That’s how much I love the scents, formulas, and overall experience any time I use a body wash from this brand. With the sale going on, I’ll likely pick up two or three bottles for backstock. (Please refrain from judgment. Thank you.)
The Best Body Lotion
For the longest time, I thought I could only get this lotion in Europe, so I would savor each bottle I had until the very last drop. Now, Eucerin’s urea-packed formula seems to be more widely available stateside, so listen to me when I say this: stock up on this lotion. Especially if you have dry skin. Feel free to come back and thank me later.
The Best Deodorant
Is nine bottles of deodorant excessive? Yes. But if you have a family or frequently host guests, you’d be surprised at how quickly your toiletries can deplete. Plus, it's not only a deodorant but also an antiperspirant (meaning it actually stops sweat, one of the biggest causes of body odor). Tack on the deliciously fresh scent that this one has? You might end up with 18 of them.
The Best Hair Tool
Dyson hair dryers are the best I have ever used, and that fact hasn’t changed in three years. As such, I fully stand behind this recommendation, and with the restored pricing well over a hundred dollars cheaper than traditional retail, if you’ve been wanting a Dyson for yourself, the time is now.
The Best Hair Serum
If a silk press is anywhere in your near future, this hair serum needs to be on your radar. Not only does it douse your hair in moisture and strengthen each strand over time, but it also acts as a heat protectant. In short, your silk press is going to be just that: silky and ready for a night on the town.
