Hi. I'm Ilyse Baker with ExerciseTV. I have a great abdominal exercise for you and it's funky. You can use it on the dance floor or at the gym. It's called the Funky Abs. Start out, nice wide stance, toes front, bend the knees. We're gonna pop the chest. Out and in with me. Here we go. We go out, in. I want you to sit as low as you can sit. We're gonna make this really funky. Don't worry. We're gonna add some arms with it. Come up. Bring it up. Pop, you got it. That's it. Four more, four, three- We're gonna do it a little faster. Bring those arms out. Just pop it up, up, whew! [unknown]. Arms up, arms up, hey. See, I told you this is funky. And out, whew! That's it. One more up and we're gonna move on. Good, you guys. Stay here. Bend down and up. So, I'm gonna show you another little funky ab exercise. It works the same thing obviously but a little different. You're gonna pump it in, in, in, yes. Take those arms forward. Here we go. Let's go. Let's go a little faster. Here we go. Groove in, you get funky. That's it. You feel it? I do. Nice. Let's shift it over to the right. Keep the pace. You go one and a two, left side. Here we go. Take it back center. Last time, make it good. One, whew! That's it, side to side, last one. [unknown] three and one. Yes, you guys.
