Exclusive Premiere: Watch ROZES' Absolutely *Stunning* Video for "Under the Grave"
Everything's coming up 🌹.
You know that feeling where a music video is so good you need to watch it over, and over, and over, and over again? Well, that's the exact vibe you'll feel when pressing play on ROZES' new single, "Under The Grave."
MarieClaire.com is bringing you exclusive access to the gorgeous video, which ROZES says is all about coping with life's toughest moments. "I wanted the music video to portray different reactions to the processing of information," she tells us. "We all have our ways of coping in hard situations. In one shot I am reacting physically, in another I am reacting emotionally (shown through facial expressions), and lastly, one shot shows sort of a numb reaction."
ROZES says the song itself is an "open apology" to the people she lost touch with during some big changes in her life. "I wanted to write a song that explained how I recognize that I was not my best self in a situation where my friends needed me the most," she says. "I think we've all been there. I think we all can remember a time when we weren't 'there' for the people we loved the way we should have been. But it's because we are human, and we all react differently to certain situations."
Loving the candid honesty? You'll love the video more. Watch below, and stream "Under The Grave" on Spotify.
