Watch This Badass Woman Make American Ninja Warrior History

In the Dallas finals of American Ninja Warrior last night, Kacy Catanzaro became the first woman to complete a SERIOUSLY intense obstacle course that makes our entire body ache just watching it. The 5 foot tall, 100 pound woman seriously wowed the audience and hosts alike, especially considering how the premise of the show is that the course is impossible to finish.

Catanzaro (who was a Division I gymnast at Towson University and was named the NCAA's Southeast Regional Gymnast of the Year in 2012) will now move on to the finals in Las Vegas, where she will compete for $500,000 and the chance to win the title of American Ninja Warrior. Go girl!
