What's In the DRMTLGY Needle-Less 4D Volume Lip Treatment?
The lip treatment’s 4D Volumizing Technology is what makes the formula visibly plump, define, smooth, and hydrate the lips. Two major components of this technology are the use of a bioactive peptide complex as well as a second-skin hydration mesh. “The peptide complex includes five different peptides across the formula, and what is interesting is that they are not all there to do the same job,” Mee says. “Together, they are designed to support collagen, hyaluronic acid, and other components that help give lips their smooth, supported, and cushioned appearance. That gives us a much broader approach to fuller-looking lips than relying on a single peptide or targeting just one pathway.”

In short, I am deeply obsessed with how this formula feels. As you can see above, the treatment perfectly straddles the line between a traditional lip gloss and a balm: shiny but not too slippery and endlessly hydrating, which makes it the perfect companion for the upcoming winter months. It also has a sheer pink tint that may show up a little more on very fair skin tones. Otherwise, it’s practically colorless if you have more pigmented lips like I do (also making it the perfect gloss to add to an existing lip combination).
