One of the Jennifer Lawrence's shticks on her Mockingjay press tour might have been playing up her phobia of singing, but after watching that Christmas caroling session on Letterman and this vintage footage, we're convinced she's either psyching herself out or just tremendously brave. Or both.
In the clip below, the teenager who would go on to captivate a nation—and maybe-date Liam Hemsworth—sings during a high-school performance of Othello, showing no sign of her childhood Amy Winehouse growl.
