Erika Jayne Shares Her Favorite Jewelry in the Latest Episode of 'Precious Metals'
"I literally chased this ring around the world."
In our new video series Precious Metals, we ask celebs, influencers, and your favorite reality stars to invite us into their homes as they share their favorite pieces of jewelry. Our latest episode features Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne showing off her all-time favorite pieces of bling, including the ring she traveled all over the world to find.
The sparkly item that sparked her admiration? None other than the Panthère de Cartier ring made of white gold, emeralds, onyx, and diamonds that retails for a cool $168,000. A ring so elite it's been worn by Jay-Z numerous times.
"I literally chased this ring around the world," Jayne explains. "Any boutique that I would go to in any city around the world I would ask, 'Do you have the panther? Do you have the panther? Do you have the panther?'And I would just look at it and I would just stare at it and I was fortunate enough that Santa Clause came through one year."
But with a ring that gorgeous, we get the hype. Jayne revealed to Marie Claire that she's been collecting jewelry for almost 20 years, but was obsessed with high-end jewelry for many years before that.
"I've always liked jewelry," Jayne recalls. "I used to watch a lot of old movies when I was a kid, all these like fabulous movie stars had all these incredible jewels and I always one day just dreamt of having really great jewelry."
After watching this installment of Precious Metals, we have to agree she totally accomplished that!
