Cara Delevingne and Michelle Rodriguez Rumored to Star in Remake of Thelma and Louise
Hold. The. Phone.
So we knew the pair was seemingly inseparable, but we had no idea the friendship would lead to this! Rumor has it that Cara Delevingne and Michelle Rodriguez are going to star in a remake of the ultimate female-power flick, Thelma and Louise.
Sources told The Sun that the two have lined up a screen test for the film, which Delevingne has reportedly been talking about remaking for the past year. The cult classic characters were originated by Susan Sarandon (Louise) and Geena Davis (Thelma) in 1991. But a big question remains. Well, two big questions remain: First, are the rumors true? Second, who will play Thelma and who will play Louise?! And who will play Brad Pitt?! Okay, so that's three very important questions. We're on the fence, but leaning toward hoping for Rodriguez as Louise and Delevingne as Thelma.
Recently, the BFFs made headlines for their reportedly drunken (and apparently sloppy) behavior at a New York Knicks game, where the stars took selfies, drank some beer, and smooched on the sidelines. Are these ladies our modern-day Thelma and Louise? Time will tell!
