Stacey Dash, a woman who some might say is Clueless in more ways than one (nailed it), made a surprise appearance at the 88th annual Academy Awards following some highly questionable comments about Black History Month and the BET Awards. To recap, she wants to eliminate them entirely, an unpopular opinion that she's not willing to back down on, but is kinda-sorta-maybe willing to make fun of.
Chris Rock introduced Stacey as the Oscars' Minority Outreach Program director, and she jokingly told the awkward audience, "I cannot wait to help my people out. Happy Black History Month!"
Her statement was met with scattered applause, and in Chrissy Teigen's case, this amazing face:

Stacey defended her appearance in a post-Oscars blog post, reiterating that she still isn't on board with Black History Month. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion, but let's let The Weeknd have the last word here:
