It's an indisputable fact that Kanye West loves himself a rant, but his most recent mid-concert musing was troubling to say the least. Not only did Kanye reveal that he didn't vote in the recent presidential election, he said that he *would* have voted for Trump. Because in Kanye's opinion, Trump is a "f*cking genius."
"I told y'all I didn't vote, right?" he said to distinct boos from the crowd. "If I were to have voted I would have voted on Trump."

Trump has promoted arguably racist policies like stop and frisk, but Kanye went on to tell people of color not to focus on that. "Specifically to black people, stop focusing on racism," he said. "This world is racist okay?….It's just a f*cking fact. We are a racist country. Period."

😐
We can all agree with Kanye on the fact that yes, the world is racist. But that means we should be fighting racism and defending/protecting victims of it. What we should not be doing is ignoring it. Period.
