Does DTLR offer free shipping?
Yes, orders over $75 will be eligible for free shipping to the 48 contiguous US states. Orders usually take 2 days to be delivered, but can take up to 3. If your order is under $75, the cost of shipping will be determined by your location.
Does DTLR do refunds?
Yes, you have up to 30 days from the date of your receipt to return your order to DTLR. Your order must be unworn, unwashed, and in like-new condition with all the original tags, labels, and packaging included. Once DTLR has received your order, they will offer you a full refund.
Can I get a military discount at DTLR?
No, DTLR does not currently offer a military discount. If you’re looking to get your next order at a discounted price, use one of our verified coupon codes and start saving today.
Does DTLR price match?
Yes and no. If you purchase from the DTLR website and then find that the same product has gone down in price over the next 10 days since your purchase, you can contact the customer service team and request that they refund the difference.
