Although Katharine McPhee and Eddie Cibrian co-star on the new Netflix series Country Comfort—a sitcom that gives the single-dad-meets-nanny concept a country music twist—the usual post-shoot kickbacks that would have happened during non-pandemic times were limited, hindering the typical get-to-know-you sessions that happen naturally with your coworkers. But even that couldn't stop the duo from picking up on each other’s past histories with Jason Derulo or love of tequila.
We sat down with McPhee and Cibrian to test their knowledge of each other in our now-classic trivia challenge “How Well Do You Know Your Co-Star.” Cibrian has a strong start, correctly answering questions about McPhee’s American Idol audition song and which famous person she went to high school with (hint: her classmate may have brought down a certain royal family), McPhee, though, doesn’t gain her footing until the end of the game. In McPhee’s defense, guessing boy band names is hard when they all sound the same!
To see more of their shenanigans, catch Country Comfort on Netflix.
