Alice + Olivia Pops Up!
Another location to find the perfect party frock and more.
Attention, Upper East Siders: Alice + Olivia
is heading your way with a pop-up shop opening next week on Madison Avenue.
Starting on April 29th, Stacey Bendet's super feminine designs will be available uptown in a 1200 square foot space at 755 Madison Avenue. The pop-up shop will be open for eight months and carry the full collection, as well as children's, the new shoe line, vintage pieces curated by Stacey, hats by Selima and jewelry from Audibert.
We snagged a few minutes of new mom — to second baby Scarlet — Bendet's time to see what else is going on in the A+O world.
How did you decide to open the pop-up and Madison? And might you keep the location if it's a big hit?
"We are such a NY focused brand, I felt it was time to spread a little love to the UES! If it's a hit we will either keep this space or look for a nearby location. I am really excited about opening stores in general! I sort of think of each retail store as a room inside my apartment where I can creatively decorate!"
So, there will be more stores coming in the future?
"Yes. We are going to open down in Soho and we are also looking at spaces in Miami and San Francisco."

We just love the spring collection. Do you have a favorite piece?
"I am obsessed with all of our pants! There are a pair of coral high waist ones that I am quite in love with. I am excited to wear our long dresses too!"
Any hints on what we can look forward to in upcoming collections? What's inspiring you right now?
"I have been having a blast designing shoes for resort and I have been loving bright colors. I think that post-pregnancy I have a really creative uplifting surge of energy, so expect clothing that is flirty and fun!"
