BLUE'S CLUES
Inspired by this season's Gucci show, "this look is for the woman who is all about having fun," says Ward. Here, she started with liner: a black liquid first to define the shape, followed by a kohl pencil and colored shadow to add texture. When selecting a shade of turquoise, consider your skin tone: "On most people, I try to avoid yellowish shades because they make the skin look sallow. Pale skin types benefit from cooler blues that give the look more of a smoldering quality."
