Mischa Barton has reportedly been hospitalized after police were called to her home on Thursday morning. According to People, multiple calls reported a "disturbance" coming from the actress' apartment in West Hollywood, though officers reportedly found her "fully clothed" and "speaking in coherent statements." She went to the hospital willingly.
Barton is said to be undergoing a mental evaluation, though friends who celebrated the actress' birthday with her on Wednesday say she "seemed like she was having a great time." That said, TMZ reports that Barton "was hanging over her backyard fence in West Hollywood and rambling about her mom being a witch, [and] the world shattering."
The actress was previously hospitalized in 2009 under California's 5150 hold, and has been open about the rough patches in her life.
