We couldn't be happier that the star of our September 2013 "How to Wear It" story, Devon Windsor, is now strutting her stuff down virtually every runway. When we first laid eyes on newbie Devon, we knew she was destined for model stardom. Now, with 25 shows and four cities under her belt, we know we were right about this one!
