    Air-Popped Popcorn

    "Sometimes you need a voluminous snack and air-popped popcorn is one of the best. Unfortunately, most commercial popcorns are loaded with trans fat and salt, so skip the pre-made varieties and pop your own. If you don’t have an air-popper, you can also pop your own kernels in a paper bag. Toss with rosemary and Parmesan or chili powder and cayenne pepper."
