2-Minute Fat Blast Video

Hi, I'm Holly Perkins, and welcome to ExerciseTV and my Fat Blast Mini workout. Today, I've got 3 great exercises for you that are gonna blast your fat and give you a great mini workout with no equipment. So, I'm gonna go ahead and demonstrate each exercise for you. First exercise is a rope jump. You don't need to use a jump rope. You can use one if you want to, but essentially, I just want you to jump in place for 1 minute. Use those arms, really activate so you're really using a real jump rope and use any foot work that works for you. Like I said, you're gonna complete that for 1 minute. Moving on to the next exercise, split jump. You're gonna start with your feet, spaced out front to back. Make sure that you give yourself a little bit of distance from right to left as well. Very important. You're gonna drop down into a little bit of a squat. Using the power of those arms, the abs, and the legs, you're gonna jump up, switch legs, and repeat. Just like that. I'll show you again. Use the power of those legs, jump up. Jump up and switch, and I want you to repeat each of those for 20 cycles. Third exercise: We're gonna go ahead and drop down to the floor for a unique twist on an ab exercise. I want you to go ahead and bring your hands to your jaw, contract through your abs so that your shoulders are lifting up off the floor. Very important. Both knees in, extend one leg out like a bicycle. You're gonna activate through the abs to try to twist that shoulder over towards the knee. Then you're gonna switch sides just like this. You're gonna go side to side for 20 cycles. It's really important to make sure that you're really activating through those abs to take you through that twisting motion. I want you to complete all 3 of these exercises for 5 cycles for a great fat blast workout. These exercises are from my 20-minute sweat workout. Check out the full version at ExerciseTV.tv.
