Hi. I'm Cindy Whitmarsh from ExerciseTV. Do you ever get that bloated feeling? Well, if I ever get that and I only have a couple of minutes, I do the exercise, what I call the Belly Bulge Blast. Come on down with me. I'm gonna show you the exercise first and then I want you to do it with me. Into that plank position, you're gonna hike your hip up. Leg lift, down and down. Now, I'm gonna switch sides. You're gonna hike it up, squeeze your abs. This really works the lower part of your abs. Are you ready with me? Let's go. Hike, lift, down, again. It's really important, when you're in that plank position, that your body is as flat as it can be right here. Abs tight, again, hike, lift, down, control each movement. That's really important. Tightening the lower part of your abs, down and down. Now I'm gonna show you. If you're a beginner, just come down. We can do the same thing. Are you ready? So you're gonna hike it, lift, down and down. Again, hike, lift, down and down. Let's pop back up to your hands. Are you ready to make it more advanced? Come on. Let's go. Abs tight, lift, down and down, one more time. Come on. Hike, lift, down. Now let's take the leg with that. We're just gonna hike so I want you to hike it up there. Lift, pulling your belly button in as you lift. Are we feeling it? Now, just hold the plank right here. Eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, now bring it down to the plank on your elbows. Hold this here. Eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two and one. Nice job. Stretch it back. Do you feel that? Come on up. Arch up. Perfect. Bring your hands on your thighs.
