Facebook Thinks You're Dead
Well, this is an awkward glitch.

2016 is the year from Hell, but new evidence indicates we may have met it on its own turf. In what appears to be a massive glitch on everyone's mom's favorite social network, Facebook is now telling users who visit their own profile pages that they are dead. In some cases, this is a rather nasty surprise. In others, a welcome relief. For instance, Mark Zuckerberg set up a nice memorial for me:
But wait! Zuck's dead, too:
The message at the top of the screen is normally reserved for profiles of people who are actually deceased, for when family members want to leave their presence on Facebook intact as a remembrance. But somehow, it was pushed out to, well, pretty much everyone's profiles. Some were shocked, while others found it quite amusing:
