There are full coverage foundations—and then there are the *fullest* coverage foundations, which not only conceal discoloration, blemishes, scars, etc., but do so in nearly-imperceptible, second-skin fashion.
The internet can be very helpful when it comes to finding these unicorn formulas and thanks to UK-based makeup artist and vlogger Elizabeth Sitford, we now have another to add to the list: Urban Decay's All Nighter Liquid Foundation. Though we were already privy to its cult following, Sitford's transformation is especially impressive.
In her review video, Sitford describes her skin as very dry, prone to rosacea, and particularly broken out at the moment as she's just finishing her period. However, none of this is apparent once she applies a pump of All Nighter to the back of her hand and uses a dense foundation brush to press it into her face. The only other products she uses in combination with the foundation are The Body Shop's Oils of Life Intensely Revitalizing Cream to hydrate her thirsty skin, as well as Nyx's Pore Filler primer, which is an oil-free base that reduces the appearance of pores without appearing greasy.

"All Nighter foundation works great as concealer," Sitford tells us. "Some foundations don't layer well at all, so you can't build up the coverage. But a second layer of it really does increase the coverage and blends together well without looking cakey. It works as well as any full coverage, matte concealer."
Living up to its name, the foundation is made for all-nighters (and all day-ers!) thanks to its waterproof and mattifying properties. "I've worn it for 12-hour days at work and only ever noticed it separating slightly around my nose towards the end of the day," she explains.
Sitford also loves using it on her clients as it's available in a large range of shades—24 to be exact. "I've found it works well on both oily and dry skin," she says. "On oily skin, I pair it with a mattifying primer and powder, and for dry skin I use a hydrating primer and skip powder all over."
