College Freshmen Appropriately Freak Out When Michelle Obama Shows Up to Give Them Advice

Seth Meyers who?

A group of Howard University freshmen who thought they were getting life advice from Seth Meyers got an amazing surprise when First Lady Michelle Obama showed up to talk them through their college woes. Sure, Meyers was still there, but he was understandably eclipsed by the presence of FLOTUS.

The video highlights everything we've grown to love about the First Lady—her sense of humor, her warm personality, and, of course, her dedication to educating Americans about nutrition.

In the video, FLOTUS and Meyers walk the students through how to deal with study stress and what parties were like back in Obama's college days. They even (adorably) role played calling home to the parents.
