A Hilarious Behind-the-Scenes Look at Those Beloved Disney Channel Commercials

Every twenty-something who grew up watching Lizzie McGuire and That's So Raven knows that the Disney Channel had some very iconic commercials back in the day. Perhaps the most memorable of those commercials came to existence in the early '00s, when all of the channel's stars would wield a glow stick and draw a silhouette of Mickey Mouse on the screen — before reminding viewers they were watching the Disney Channel.

But while those commercials may have seemed like pure magic just a decade ago, thanks to Twitter user @hollylikeablvd, the internet now gets to see they were actually anything but. Recently, @hollylikeablvd began posting a bunch of behind-the-scenes clips of all the Disney stars shooting their respective commercials for the channel — and they're surprisingly awkward but very hilarious.
