Fans also reported on social media that Selena's dad was in the audience at the concert—and that it made things awkward for Abel.

One fan account even noted that Abel "rushed through songs" and lowered his voice when he sang curse words, speculating that he was embarrassed to perform some of his less family-friendly tracks with Selena's relatives in the audience.

When it comes down to it, The Weeknd is still just a guy trying to make a good impression with his girlfriend's family. Aww!
