Lamar Odom Has Reportedly Been Kicked Off a Flight for Being Drunk and Vomiting on Board
Khloé appeared to respond to the incident in a series of tweets.
Lamar Odom was removed from a Delta flight after he showed up drunk and then vomited on the plane before takeoff, according to TMZ. Odom was seen drinking heavily at the Delta lounge at LAX before boarding his New York bound flight.
The incident comes less than a year after Odom, a former NBA star and estranged husband of Khloé Kardashian, was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel.
On Tuesday morning, Khloé appeared to be commenting on the news in a series of tweets:
but we like to try ❤️🙏🏽July 12, 2016
Two first class passengers who were on the flight told TMZ that Odom went to his seat but as the plane pulled back, he threw up in the galley and again moments later in the bathroom. When he came out of the bathroom, he was apparently covered in vomit. Odom was "gently" escorted off the plane but reappeared 10 minutes later. He then walked towards the bathroom while leaning on the heads of seated passengers for balance, and was soon removed again from the flight.
According to TMZ, one passenger told a flight attendant: "Don't you know his history? I don't want a dead body at 30,000 feet." The flight later landed in New York 40 minutes late—sans Odom.
Odom has made major strides since his overdose, after doctors initially thought he had just hours to live. Khloé Kardashian oversaw Odom's entire recovery process, even calling off their divorce to make medical decisions on his behalf. Things were so good between the exes that at point Kardashian said that remarrying Lamar would be "the best dream."
Recently, amid rumors that Odom has returned to his hard partying ways, Kardashian has focused on "letting go" and filed divorce papers for the second time in May. Just yesterday, People reported that Odom moved out of the Calabasas rental Kardashian set up for him new her home.
