A bit like how Olivia Wilde chose various pubic-hair patches from a merkin wall for her role on Vinyl (RIP), Mandy Moore too has an interesting addition to her wardrobe on NBC's weepy This Is Us.
To accommodate her character's pregnancy (with triplets!) and the show's vast time span, Moore was required to mimic a true-to-life bra-size fluctuation with "four different sets of [fake] boobs."
"Seriously," she said to People at a Television Critics Association event. "There was like progression of like, this size boob, this size boob and then, like, gigantic. I was like, 'This is insanity.' And different pregnancy pads, yes. I was most interested in the different-sized cutlets that I had to put on."
Keep it up, Mandy. Only two or more seasons left.
