Every year, more than 400,000 people make the trek to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway for the Electronic Daisy Carnival, the three-day music festival where people dance like there's no tomorrow, dress like ravers, and do all sorts of other fun things (like walk around glow-in-the-dark installations and hit the carnival rides).
This year, we made the journey (a two-hour drive—or a 15-minute helicopter ride into the desert) to see what all the hype was about. From the 3-D superstructures to the nonstop music and the over-the-top fashion, there's no shortage of things to do, see, and hear. And, as if the festival itself isn't enough, the city itself was vibrating with EDC energy, with acts like Major Lazer playing at the Encore Beach Club less than 24 hours after headlining the festival the night before.
If you missed out this year, we got you covered. Check out some of the best moments from the weekend and shop EDC-worthy looks below.
