Bras have always held a special place in my heart, well at least from the time I began wearing them.
I vividly remember an eighth grade friend having a leopard bra from Victoria's Secret, and my begging my mother to buy me one. Her response: "What does an eighth grader need a leopard bra for? Who is seeing it!?" I was dismayed, but delighted when she somewhat obliged my request and bought me a few bras with little hearts. Much more age-appropriate.
If you're anything like me, you have memories of your undergarment stresses (too tight bands and underwires popping out) and victories too (discovering my favorite pair of panties), but your favorite part of the day is probably taking them off. Well, say goodbye to ill-fitting undergarments, and say hello to Jenette!
For this episode of Big Girl in a Skinny World, we went to the bra guru herself, Jenette of Jenette Bras in the heart of Hollywood, for tips on how to get your girls under control. Jenette is a zany style diva who knows boobs (I swear, she will have your cup size memorized after one meeting) and isn't afraid to get real about how to keep yours perky and in business! She changed my life when I met her, and I hope you will take our advice and let her change yours, too.
