Sure, it can be a cold, cold place sometimes, but the Internet we hang with would wholeheartedly embrace Jennifer Lawrence like so many epic proposal videos. Too bad we now know she's 100 percent against social media.
During a radio interview with Nick Grimshaw, the Hunger Games actress and self-proclaimed technophobe put her foot down about Twitter.
"I will never get it," she said. "I'm not very good on phones or technology. I cannot really keep up with emails. Also, the idea of Twitter is so unthinkable to me. I don't really understand what it is. It's like this weird enigma people talk about. It's fine. I respect that. But no, I'll never get a Twitter. If you ever see a Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter that says it's me, it's certainly not."
Given that merely a moment before she was discussing waking up from a food coma "with a ketchup packet stuck to her ass," Grimshaw, Liam Hemsworth, and "Joshie" Hutcherson are all momentarily struck dumb.
"I had that [answer] locked and loaded," she said. "I really like laser focused ... It's because the Internet has scorned me so much that I feel like it's that girl in high school that I'm like, 'Oh you want to talk about her? Yeah I'll do that!' Take my hoops off, I'm ready to go."
Then the guys recovered, and they played Hungry, Hungry Hippos. Watch the full interview here.
