This cocktail reflects the flavors of Vietnamese limeade and urban sophistication. Ingredients: 6 blackberries 2 inch piece of lemongrass, coarsely chopped (reserve the stalk for garnish) 1 wedge of lime 2 oz orange vodka tonic water Directions: In a cocktail shaker, muddle 5 blackberries, the chopped lemongrass and the lime wedge until well mashed. Add the vodka, fill with ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into an ice filled collins glass, top with tonic and garnish with a blackberry speared with the lemongrass stalk.
