Right here and I want you to notice, my body is not swayed down or piped up. I'm paralleled to the ground. Now, from here, I want you to travel to your right by bringing your hand together and feet apart. Good. Now continue to the right. Bring in the hands apart, feet together. Now let's go back the other way, together and apart. Good. Now this time, I want you to add a twist so I want you to twist your hip. Bring your knee up to your chest. Back down.
