Lady Gaga Halloween Look Video

This video will demonstrate how to achieve a Lady Gaga-inspired makeup look. You want to begin by filling in your eyebrows. Create strong angular brows using a dark eyeshadow and an angled brush. Apply an eyeshadow primer to your eyelid. Also, apply a white eyeliner underneath the arch of your brow, to the inner corner, and to the lower water line of your eye. With a fluffy brush, apply a gray matte eyeshadow underneath the inner third of your eyebrow. Sweep that eyeshadow towards the outer corner of your eye. Also, apply it underneath your bottom eyelashes. Next, pat a matte black eyeshadow onto your eyelid. Blend that black eyeshadow into the gray eyeshadow and, with an angled brush, apply the black underneath your bottom lid. Sweep a medium matte blue eyeshadow over the black and gray eyeshadows, and lightly underneath the eye. Apply a matte white eyeshadow onto the brow bone and into the inner corner of your eye. Curl your eyelashes, apply black mascara, and add wispy false eyelashes. Blank our your lips using a concealer and apply a face powder with a makeup sponge. Using a black eyeliner, draw in 3 dots. These dots will serve as guidelines for the bow-shaped lips. Begin drawing the lines and connecting the dots. Make sure they match. Next, fill in the shape you have created and repeat this process for the bottom lip. Finally, pat a matte black eyeshadow on top, and grab your teacup because you're ready to be Lady Gaga.
