Welcome to Beauty Around the Clock, Marie Claire's weekly peek into the daily lives of some of the most game-changing women in their industries. Ever wonder how they get it all done in a day? Here's your answer.

Ashley Streicher, celebrity hairstylist to Mandy Moore and Anne Hathaway, master of heat-free waves styled with her fingertips, is one-third of Striiike, the Beverly Hills beauty studio she co-founded with her sisters Jenn (makeup artist) and Kristie (creator of the feathered brow). If you're after easy, tousled-just-so California cool-girl waves, Ashley, the youngest of the Streicher trio, is your woman. Here, she talks skincare, hair rituals, and her love of the vampire facial.

Rise and Shine

I’m always a rise with the sun kind of girl, so right now that’s at around 6:45 a.m.

Morning Maintenance

It takes very little time for me to get ready in the morning, 10 minutes tops. I rinse my face with warm water and wipe it with my Croon Microfiber Cleansing Pad. Then I use Honor MD Genetically Blessed Serum. After that dries, I add Facile Essence Hydration. Lastly, I apply Iris & Romeo 5-1 [skincare with SPF].

Hair Help

After washing and conditioning I wrap my wet hair into a towel turban, then work two to four pumps of R+Co Sun Catcher Power C Boosting Leave-In Conditioner through my untouched and unbrushed wet hair. Without disturbing too much of the natural wave that comes from the towel turban, I squeeze the product onto my ends and slowly work into the rest. Then I air-dry without touching my hair. This helps to prevent frizziness. I also add a pump or two of the leave-in to dry hair whenever I need a restyle or zhuzh (or just to smell good).

Signature Look

Tower 28 Beauty SuperDew Shimmer-Free Highlight Balm, Gucci Westman mascaraBeautycounter Overnight Resurfacing Peel, and a Beautycounter lipstick in a red [similar to this shade].

Power Start

I’m not much of a breakfast eater. I like my black coffee and sometimes I'll have a smoothie.

Signature Scent

I actually have a real legit signature scent called "Stars Align." It’s the fragrance I designed for my collection with R+CO and it is sort of woodsy with notes of palo santo, but fresh and light. Its unisex and makes me think of California.

Worth It

Microneedling and platelet-rich plasma [PRP] injections [better known as the vampire facial]. This is where they take a small vial of your own blood, spin it, and separate the red blood cells from the plasma and then microneedle that back into your face. It helps regenerate your collagen and improve skin texture. It sounds like a crazy procedure but it’s really not, I have gone straight to work after. I like that it's natural and you’re not putting anything that’s not already in your body into your face.

Words of Wisdom

Say yes to every job. It’s a real hustle at the beginning, you have to be available and be able to say yes as much as possible.

P.M. Routine

I usually just rinse my face with a Croon Microfiber Cleansing Pad, and apply a light moisturizer by Facile Essence. Last, a retinol eye serum by Colleen Rothschild.

Bedside Essential

Room elixir spray by The Now in Tobacco.

Lights Out

I'm usually asleep by 10 p.m.
