"Never trust a bitch with bad eyebrows," professes Khloé Kardashian, preacher of immortal truths. Always one to keep it real, she recently revealed that one of her biggest beauty blunders was the result of a waxing appointment amiss.

"I usually go to Anastasia of Anastasia Beverly Hills, who is a genius," she explained on her app. "However, I made the mistake of trusting someone new to reshape my brows," she writes. "I went to someone else once, when I needed an appointment ASAP, and the new girl shortened my eyebrows by accident. It took FOREVER to grow them out."

Waiting until the end of time for full-grown arches? Sounds awfully familiar.

"To top it all off, one of my eyebrows was actually going bald!" she added. "It happens from stress, or if you sleep on one side of your face all the time."

Thankfully, no matter what the cause of the sparse brow situation is, Kardashian has a D.I.Y. solution that may not even require a trip to the store. Picked up from her makeup artist Hrush Achemyan, she swears by a beauty cocktail of a hair growth gel and castor oil.

Castor oil has been a longtime go-to for lengthier, thicker strands, as it's high in Vitamin E and contains essential fatty acids like omega-6 and ricinoleic acid that stimulates blood circulation on the surface of the skin, thus increasing the rate of hair growth. So if you've got a brow balding situation on your hands, make like KoKo and give the household item a try.
