Brody Jenner Kaitlynn Carter Address Open Relationship Rumors

Brody Jenner and Kaitlynn Carter's past relationship is the gift that keeps on giving, because now it looks like we're getting more details about what their relationship was like before their "divorce" happened, and before Miley Cyrus and Kaitlynn started canoodling with each other all across Italy. Apparently, Brody and Kaitlynn's friends had quite a few questions about their relationship and began to wonder if they were a polyamorous couple.

In a promo clip for the September 2 episode The Hills: New Beginnings, Brody and Kaitlynn's relationship status was called into question. "Come to find out, I'm hearing people were talking about me and Brody and our personal life, saying that we have an open relationship," Kaitlynn said. The clip then goes to a flashback of her and Brody on a FaceTime call with Stephanie Pratt, who spilled the tea on who's been asking if they're polyamorous or not.

"She’s just, like, asking about your relationship," Stephanie said during the FaceTime call. "She’s like, ‘I don’t know. Isn’t there someone else, like, involved?’"

Like, first of all...who even is this person, and why are they so concerned with what Brody and Kaitlynn are doing? Brody replied, "That’s none of her business...You know, we just, we like what we like."

Later in the clip, Kaitlynn elaborated on what Brody said in a solo confessional. "When Brody and I first were together, we were young, we were crazy, we were, like, you know, basically just trying to have the time of our lives," she explained. "So we did a lot of things in our relationship that, you know, I certainly wouldn’t say I regret, but the level of gossip that I feel happens in the group— it just makes me angry." Brody and Kaitlynn ended their marriage at the beginning of the month. After Miley and Liam Hemsworth ended their relationship, Miley and Kaitlynn starting making out all over the place, primarily in Italy and Soho House in California. Miley and Kaitlynn have been pretty inseparable since.
