Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton Are Reportedly Feeling "Stretched to Their Limit" in Quarantine

Moving mid-pandemic is way difficult for them right now.

  • Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are apparently going through a rough patch right now.
  • Gwen and Blake are trying to move, but making this change mid-pandemic is understandably stressful.

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton's relationship is solid like a rock, but even the strongest couples have been shaken by the pandemic. Like everyone else, Gwen and Blake are apparently feeling stressed right now, and it's affecting how they deal with each other.

According to an Us Weekly source, Gwen and Blake “feel suffocated and stressed,” and are “both stretched to the limit.” This sounds concerning, because who the heck wants yet another celebrity couple to split under pressure, right? But there is a small silver lining.

Us Weekly's source claims the bulk of Gwen and Blake's relationship issues stem from choosing to move. Right now, they're apparently spending most of their time at Blake's Oklahoma ranch, but they recently purchased a $13.2 million mansion in the Encino neighborhood of Los Angeles. Moving is tough in the best of times, so having the whole coronavirus pandemic tossed onto that probably doesn't help things.

“Friends say this move has turned into a nightmare,” Us' source added. “This is the toughest period they’ve had so far without a doubt.” The good news here is that Gwen and Blake “know how to compromise” and apparently always “work through any tension and look at the bigger picture.”

That all said, let's collectively wish Gwen and Blake a speedy and seamless move so they can go back to doing what they do best: (a) being one of the most shippable couples in Hollywood, and (b) planning their eventual wedding ceremony (once it's safe to do so)!
