Kate Bosworth Has a Super Spooky Sixth Sense and 14 Other Things We Learned from Her Phone
She can predict when there's a full moon outside. Not joking.
Ever wondered what's on your favorite celebrity's phone (ya know, in a non-weird way)? MarieClaire.com teamed up with The Art of More star Kate Bosworth to unlock some cellular secrets, and got details on the actress' personal texts, Google search history, and even her lock screen photo. Let's collectively swipe right, shall we?
What was the last photo you liked on Instagram? "A photo from Sophia Bush. She's a friend of mine and just the cutest thing."
What was the last podcast you listened to? "I haven't gotten too into podcasts, but I'm obsessed with forensic files. I drive from Los Angles to Montreal, which is where I shoot The Art of More, and I've found that HLN has a satellite radio station that plays forensic files. It's like falling into a pot of gold if you're driving across Nebraska for 11 hours."
Look at your camera roll—what was the last random thing you screen-grabbed? "Oh, the possibilities. I grabbed a leather beret with a large, sparkly safety pin. I haven't taken the plunge into wearing a beret in my life, however if I did, it would be that one."
What's the oldest photo on your phone? "My husband and I holding a baby alligator on the Bayou at Lake Bell's wedding. She was married in New Orleans, and had the guests go on a boat ride. The driver had a baby alligator. It's super cute—it's really, really tiny."
One of your newer favorites? "A photo I took of myself because I was inspired by Kate Moss with all the Christmas lights around her. I didn't do her justice, but I was showcasing my hair color, with David Adams. He flew to New Orleans to give me this color for a job I'm on now called The Domestics."
What's your lock screen photo? "I don't have one, it's just the boring generic! I haven't gotten around to that yet..."

The last song you played on Spotify? "'Storm' by Fleetwood Mac. It's one of my favorite songs."
What was the last text you sent? "To my husband, and it says 'I'm wrapped!' with five emojis with hearts."
Who was the last person you called? "Probably my mom. Yep, my mom! It's funny because when I'm working on set, I barely speak to anyone. You're in your own world and everything in the real world is gone, which is bizarre. But always on the way home, I call to check in with my mom."
What's the last thing you ordered from Seamless? "I don't have Seamless, but the last food we ordered was pizza."
What was your last Uber destination? "To a restaurant in New Orleans called Shaya. It's one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. It's just phenomenal, definitely top five places I've been to in my life."
What was the last thing you Google searched? "I didn't sleep very well recently, and normally when I don't sleep well it's a full moon. So on the way to work, I was like, 'I would be willing to bet it was a full moon last night,' and I looked, and it was. I'm telling you, I just know it—the way it affects me when I sleep; I toss, and turn, and have a terrible time sleeping."
What was the last thing you bought using your phone? "The last thing I bought were a few gifts from Mr. Porter for my husband. We call the box it comes in the 'sled.' If you buy enough items from them, they put it in a massive, massive box. It became a bit of a tradition—the Mr. Porter sled."
What do you have filed away in notes? "Usually food. Restaurants. And because I've doing a lot of landscaping, lots of grasses. Deer grass, hybrid bermuda grass, horsetail. Mine notes are pretty random, to be totally honest with you."
And finally, what's your weirdest phone habit? "I have to sleep, and there's an app called MindWave. It's different tones for anything from a 'happy boost,' to powerful migraine treatment, to controlling your breathing. I got it because I get migraines and my husband researched it for me—but then I realized it's also a good white noise app. So I have to have it on when I sleep, much to my husband's dismay."
