Joining Gigi Hadid in the crying-while-casting video hall of fame is Ashley Graham, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit's newest, most excitable rookie.

Graham, who also stars alongside Philomena Kwao and Nicola Griffin in the publication's Swimsuits for All campaign, promptly burst into tears of happiness when her agency presented her with what she thought was a routine contract. (The camera crew definitely clued her in, though.) An initial there, a "Why don't you read the bold part" there, and then BAM—major flooding, because wouldn't you if you landed your dream job?
