3 large tomatoes cut in 1/2 in slice
1 lb. fresh mozzarella cut in 1/4 in slice
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
Salt & pepper
Arrange alternate slices of tomato and mozzarella on platter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and spread fresh basil leaves over salad. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
