Classic Eggnog 

Original Recipe: 651 calories

1 egg
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz 1/2 & 1/2
1 oz Kahalua Liquor
Top off with whipped cream

1 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz nonfat milk
1 oz Kahalua Liquor
